Greetings!

I am excited to announce our first gala: Freedom Futures weekend on April 11-13 in New York City!

We will first gather at Union Theological Seminary on Friday for an in-person Abolition Academy. Then, on Saturday, we will enjoy an enchanting evening at the historic Riverside Church to celebrate Abolitionist Sanctuary’s impact, Black mothers, and our collective hope for freedom futures. On Sunday, churches around the country will dedicate their worship services to Abolitionist Sanctuary and the cause of our organization.

We have a meaningful and fun Gala weekend planned and cannot wait to see you! The attire is Black Tie and Traditional African garb. Come and feast on  top-rated Caribbean fare, spirits sponsored by Jay-Z’s D’USSÉ, and renowned musical entertainment.

Join us! Your support helps to further our mission and work to build abolitionist sanctuaries where Black mothers and their families can thrive.
